Next month exclusive restaurant Mews of Mayfair will host an Armistice Day charity lunch for the British Legion.
Mayfair's business owners have joined up with one or two high profile celebrities to provide veterans with a complimentary lunch on Thursday 11th November. Warm-hearted business men and women volunteering on the day will not only serve the wine but have promised to donate an additional £1,000 each to the charity.
There's a mews-related bias to this worthwhile event, which not only takes place in a mews restaurant but is hosted by Sir Stirling Moss, who once lived in a mews house in nearby Shepherd's Market.
It seems that mews-dwellers can be particularly kind-hearted and compassionate. If you would like more information about the Mews of Mayfair event or if you'd like to donate to the British Legion, call 020 7518 9395.
To view some remarkable mews properties, call us at Lurot Brand today. Whether you'd like to view mews houses in Mayfair, or you want to rent or buy a mews property in any other exclusive London area, we'd be delighted to help.
